Cancellation/No Show policy:
Your appointments are very important to us.
The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.
We realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule; therefore, we respectfully request at least
24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for any cancellations.
If your appointment is scheduled in the morning you must notify us the previous day before 5pm.
We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or after hours.
We understand that emergencies and accidents happen; therefore we concede to one no-show or last minute cancellation before this policy affects you.
Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will result in a $20 cancellation fee that will apply at the next appointment.
In case of a No Call/ No Show a Fee of $25 will be added to your account.
The time that we have booked for you appointment is your time to enjoy and relax.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointments, we will deduct the time off of the service or the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
After 3 consecutive late arrivals, no shows and/or no adequate cancellation notice, management reserves the right to ask for all future appointment(s) to be paid in full and in advance.
We firmly believe in the value of our stylist and the clients time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waits due to running behind.
Child Safety Policy:
Our concerns are for the safety of your children.
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap.
We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. The Parlour Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.
Noise Level Policy:
We have a massage therapist and require the noise level to be at a minimum. If you, or a guest are being excessively loud, we may ask you to quiet down. This is so that we can provide the best massage experience for our clients.
All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure we are in the position to provide the best quality service in timely manner.
